Frequently Asked Questions
Every signal must pass four filters: entry at a real support or resistance level, trend alignment (no signals against the trend), RSI and volume confirmation, and a per-timeframe reward-to-risk floor measured from actual chart levels (that floor is deliberately below 1.0x — roughly 0.75x on the 4-hour and daily timeframes, 0.9x on the 1-hour and 15-minute). A scoring system then ranks all candidates — only a few high-quality signals per week clear the gates, depending on market conditions. The engine never forces weak setups to fill a quota. The real, live reward-to-risk distribution and win rate are published on the Track Record page.
Every plan covers the same market: Bitcoin at the core (analyzed daily, every qualifying setup published), plus signals across majors and altcoins, and select metals and commodities (gold, silver, oil). Which coins actually produce signals varies with the market — the engine only scans pairs with real liquidity, and it only publishes setups that clear its gates and align with the prevailing market direction, so quiet or one-sided markets produce fewer signals. Plans differ by timeframe: Standard covers the 4-hour and daily timeframes, Pro adds the 1-hour timeframe, and VIP adds the 15-minute timeframe for full coverage. There is no fixed signal quota.
Signals appear in your personal dashboard the moment they are published — all active signals, closed trades, performance stats and tools in one place. Telegram real-time notifications (all plans) and WhatsApp instant alerts (VIP) are coming soon; you will be able to connect them from the Account page in your dashboard.
Every signal includes: the coin pair, direction (buy or sell), exact entry price range, up to three take-profit targets (TP1, TP2, TP3) from real chart levels, stop loss, risk level, timeframe, technical analysis basis, the Setup Score (0-100 — a ranking of setup quality, NOT a probability of profit), and a suggested leverage level. Everything you need to execute in seconds.
Yes. We publish every signal result — wins and losses. The complete track record is visible in your dashboard with real numbers calculated automatically from closed signals. We don’t hide bad trades or cherry-pick results.
Win rate is computed automatically from closed signals only: (TP1 + TP2 + TP3 hits) divided by (wins + stop-loss losses). Expired and breakeven outcomes are excluded from the ratio but remain visible on the Track Record page. Numbers update as new signals close — we never edit historical outcomes. The engine is under continuous calibration, so rolling 7d and 30d figures will fluctuate. Industry-wide real win rates for algorithmic crypto signal services typically range 35–50% in practice. Whatever our current number is, it is shown live on the Track Record page without cherry-picking.
No. Trading involves risk and past performance doesn’t guarantee future results. Every trade carries risk — that’s why every signal includes a stop loss, so your maximum downside is always defined before you enter. Never trade money you can’t afford to lose.
Our signals work on any exchange — Binance, Bybit, OKX, Kraken, Coinbase, and others. You’ll find direct links to open the trading pair on multiple exchanges inside each signal card. Just click and trade.
Yes. Cancel anytime from your Account page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
There’s no minimum. You can trade with as little as $50–100 on most exchanges. Our signals include suggested leverage levels so you can size your positions safely regardless of account size.
When you ask a market question on Pro or VIP, multiple frontier LLM providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI and xAI are supported; the active set depends on budget allocation — currently Google is active) answer independently. Then they read each other’s answers and revise. Finally the synthesizer model produces a single verdict, while a live Gemini web search fact-checks specific claims (dates, partnerships, listings). You get one balanced answer instead of relying on any single model — and current market data plus today’s news are injected into every debate so answers reflect now, not the training cutoff.
Three layers: (1) Before any LLM speaks, we inject the current date, real-time price/market-cap from CoinGecko, and the most recent web news from Gemini Search. (2) Every specific claim a model makes (a date, a partnership, a listing) is automatically verified by a second LLM via web search and marked as VERIFIED, FABRICATED, or PARTIAL — fabricated claims are stripped before the final answer. (3) Multiple models cross-check each other (active count varies by budget allocation); if one hallucinates, the others flag it.
Nothing happens to your signals — and that is deliberate. Signal generation is a separate, deterministic engine (technicals, derivatives, market regime, timing). The AI Council never adjusts a Setup Score, never changes a position size and never blocks a signal. It runs on the macro forecasts and on the questions you ask it, where we show you the disagreement instead of hiding it: when the models split we label the answer as split, and a split answer is a reason to wait, not a verdict.
No. Signal generation uses our deterministic engine alone (technical + derivatives + regime + ML). The AI Council — multi-LLM debate — runs periodically for market forecasts (the AI Council Weekly outlook, when enabled) and on demand for user-facing chat and Q&A. It does not feed into the per-signal Setup Score and it does not gate signal emission. Keeping the two layers separate makes signals fast, cheap, and reproducible, while still giving Pro and VIP users cross-model deliberation for the questions where it adds value.
Share your personal referral link. When someone signs up and subscribes through your link, you earn a percentage of their subscription — every month, for as long as they stay subscribed. It’s passive, recurring income.
Pro subscribers earn 25% on direct referrals (Level 1). VIP subscribers earn across three levels: 25% on Level 1, 15% on Level 2 (their referrals), and 5% on Level 3 — up to 45% total. For example, 10 direct VIP referrals could earn you around $998/month on Level 1 alone, with more as your deeper levels grow.
Commissions are tracked in real time in your dashboard. Payouts are processed manually after review — you’ll see your pending balance and payment history in the Partner Program tab.
Pro and VIP subscribers can earn commissions. Standard subscribers can share their referral link and build their network — when they upgrade to Pro or VIP, commissions activate automatically on all past referrals.
Level 1 is your direct referrals — people who sign up using your link. Level 2 is people referred by your Level 1. Level 3 is people referred by your Level 2. You earn on all three levels with VIP (Pro earns on Level 1 only). Your earnings grow as your network grows — without any extra effort.
Absolutely. Share your referral link anywhere — Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram groups, blogs, forums. When your audience signs up through your link, you earn. Commissions are recurring: you earn every month your referral stays subscribed.
No minimum payout threshold. Every dollar you earn is yours.
VIP partners can activate special bonuses for their network — like Fast Start Bonus (higher commissions for new referrals’ first 7 days), Monthly Sprint (leaderboard prizes), and Flash Bonus (temporary commission boost for everyone). These tools help you grow your network faster.
